Leading the company is Michael Fredrickson, a seasoned professional who brings over a decade of experience in the senior living industry. Michael has held various executive-level positions in senior living, including Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, Divisional Director of Sales & Marketing, and Vice President of Business Development. In these roles, he was responsible for financial management, leading the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies, disposition of assets and driving business growth both in Wisconsin and Texas.
Michael's extensive experience in the senior living industry, combined with his ability to understand the complexities of the market, operations, financials, and regulations, makes him well-equipped to assist clients in achieving their senior living investment goals. He has a proven track record of success in buying and selling senior living assets, driving revenue growth, improving operational and financial efficiency, and identifying new investment opportunities for his clients.
